These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Test Solution website and test-paper generation platform (the “Service”), operated by Test Solution. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
2. Licence to Use the Service
Subject to these Terms and your payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for preparing and managing educational assessments. You may use generated papers for your own teaching and institutional purposes.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the Service or its content libraries;
- Share a single account across users in violation of your subscription plan;
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our underlying question banks in bulk;
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content;
- Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and curated study materials, is owned by Test Solution and protected by intellectual-property laws. Content you create using the Service (such as custom papers and question selections) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
5. Subscriptions & Payment
Access to paid features requires an active subscription. Payments are made directly to our designated bank account using the instructions we provide — we do not use a third-party payment gateway. Once we have confirmed your payment, our team activates your subscription manually. Subscriptions do not renew automatically: to continue after your current period ends, you make a new payment for the next period. Prices may change with notice, and any new price applies to your next payment. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Availability & Changes
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Where a change materially reduces the Service, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we curate our materials carefully, you are responsible for reviewing generated papers for accuracy and suitability before use.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Test Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms other users or us. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Punjab.
