All traffic between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit using TLS. Data at rest — including your account details and generated content — is stored on encrypted disks managed by our infrastructure providers.
2. Access Controls
Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel on a least-privilege basis and protected by strong authentication. We log administrative access and review permissions regularly.
3. Reliable Infrastructure
We host the Service with reputable cloud providers that maintain recognised security certifications and physically secure data centres. Their resilient infrastructure helps us deliver the Service reliably and protect against data loss.
4. Backups & Recovery
Your data is backed up regularly so it can be restored in the event of a failure. We test our recovery procedures to make sure backups remain usable when they are needed.
5. Payments
Payments are made by direct bank transfer to our designated accounts. We do not operate a card-payment gateway and do not collect or store your card or banking credentials on the platform, which keeps your financial information out of our systems. Payments are verified and subscriptions activated manually by authorised staff through our secure admin panel.
6. Monitoring & Response
We monitor our systems for unusual activity and apply security updates promptly. If we ever detect an incident that affects your data, we will investigate, take corrective action, and notify affected users as required by law.
7. Your Role in Security
Security is a shared responsibility. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password, keep your login credentials private, and sign out on shared devices. Tell us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
