Fourteen thousand papers, five boards, and a year of watching how teachers actually use Test Solution. Some of what we saw confirmed the bets we made building it. Some of it surprised us. Here is an honest look back at 2025 — what worked, what we got wrong, and where we are pointing next.

The numbers

  • Just over 14,000 papers generated across the year.
  • Five boards in active use, with Punjab and Federal leading by volume.
  • Peak usage clustered tightly around term-test weeks — exactly when teachers are most squeezed.

What surprised us

We built the answer-key feature as a convenience. It turned out to be one of the most-used parts of the product — teachers were sharing keys across staff rooms and grading in halves of the time. We had under-weighted how much of the work happens after the paper is set.

Where we missed

Our difficulty filter shipped late, and for the first half of the year teachers were balancing papers by hand that the tool should have balanced for them. We heard about it, and it reshaped the roadmap. Thank you to everyone who told us plainly.

The clearest signal all year: the paper is only half the job. The key, the curve, and the calendar are the other half — and that is where we are building next.
